1 General Provisions

3 Age Verification & Identity

21+ fbv77 is for those aged 21 and above only. Any account found to belong to a minor will be cancelled.

fbv77 reserves the right to verify a member's identity and age at any time. The following documents may be requested during the verification process:

• A copy of the National ID Card (NID) or passport.
• Proof of current address (utility bill or bank statement).
• Documents to verify ownership of the payment method.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

Funds may only be deposited into fbv77 through the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 for each method.

• Deposited funds must come only from the member's own mobile banking account.
• Deposits made through a third party are not accepted.
• The deposit process is generally completed instantly.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

Members may withdraw their winnings via bKash, Nagad, or Rocket. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour.

• Rocket is the mobile wallet service of Dutch-Bangla Bank.
• The account used for withdrawal must match the account used for deposits.
• If an active bonus is in place, withdrawal may not be possible until the wagering requirements for that bonus have been met.
• Large withdrawals may be held if the verification process has not been completed.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members at fbv77 will receive a 200% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive ৳2,000 in bonus, giving a total balance of ৳3,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. At fbv77, the wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount. Example: ৳2,000 bonus × 10 = ৳20,000 in bets must be completed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus offer may be claimed only once per account.
• After claiming a bonus, rules regarding withdrawal of the deposited amount may apply.
• If multiple bonuses are active at the same time, fbv77 may apply specific conditions.
• Any attempt to claim bonuses through fraudulent means will result in the bonus being cancelled.
• fbv77 reserves the right to change or cancel any bonus offer.

6 Gaming Rules

All games on fbv77 are operated according to specific rules. Members should read the rules of each game carefully before playing.

6.1 Fair Play Policy

• The use of any automated software, bots, or tools that provide an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited.
• Participating in the same game using multiple accounts is not permitted.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage ("collusion") is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game is interrupted due to a technical error, fbv77 reserves the right to cancel that round and, where applicable, return the bet amount. fbv77 reserves the right to void any abnormal results generated due to a server error.

6.3 Sports Betting

Betting is available on various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. The outcome of all bets will be determined based on the official results of the relevant sporting body. If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by fbv77

fbv77 may suspend or permanently close an account without prior warning in the following circumstances:

• If registration was completed using false information.
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found.
• In cases of fraudulent activity or bonus abuse.
• If money laundering or illegal activity is suspected.
• In the event of any serious breach of these terms.

7.2 Closure by Member

A member may contact the fbv77 support team at any time to close their account. Any outstanding balance may be withdrawn before the account is closed, but bonuses with incomplete wagering requirements will be cancelled.
